Glo Fiber Refer-A-Friend Program FAQs

 

When you Refer-A-Friend to Glo Fiber, you can receive:

 

  • Up to $50 Bill Credit per qualified referral.
  • Up to $600 in bill credits in a calendar year when you refer eligible friends or family to Glo Fiber.

 

Glo Fiber Refer-A-Friend is a referral program that rewards existing and new customers.

How do I participate in the Glo Fiber Refer-A-Friend program?

 

To participate in the Glo Fiber Refer-A-Friend Program you must:

 

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have an active residential Glo Fiber account in good standing, and remain in good standing throughout the referral process.
  • Refer friends through the specified landing page using the link provided in the email.

 

To refer friends:

  1. Click on the link provided in the email sent to you.
  2. Complete all the information on the form.
  3. When referring your friend, use the Email address your friend will use to sign up for service.
  4. The person you referred will receive an email letting them know they have been referred and if they sign up for service within 30 days, you will be eligible to receive a $50 bill credit.
  5. Once your friend has had service installed and has remained a customer in good standing for 60 days, both you and your friend will be issued a $10 bill credit for 5 months totalling $50 in credits to your bill.

Where can I find my customer number?

 

Your customer number is located on your paper bill. You can also find it in your online account. Sign in to your account on glofiber.com, click 'Pay Bill' and you will see your customer number at the top of the page.

 

How do I get rewarded?


For the referring customer and the referred customer to receive a reward, the referred customer:

 

  • Cannot be an existing customer within the past 120 days and have qualified services installed/activated within 30 days of the referral.
  • Must activate the referral by clicking in the email communication and ordering Glo Fiber internet service online (or through the web).
  • Maintain qualifying service(s) for 60 consecutive days after installation/activation.
  • Must have an account in good standing for 60 days.*
    *Note: The referring customer must also have an account in good standing for 60 days.
  • Once all requirements are met, both referring and referred customers will receive a confirmation email from Glo Fiber.
  • A $10 bill credit will be issued each month for 5 months, totaling $50.

 

When will I receive my $50 Bill Credit?

Bill credits will be issued after:

 

  • All requirements are met when friend adds service. (Customer is in good standing and friend has completed installation.) Both referring and referred customers will receive a confirmation email from Glo Fiber.
  • Your friend has maintained their eligible service for the 60-day period required under the program.

 

Can I combine this with other offers?


Yes, this offer can be combined with other Glo Fiber promotional offers.



What does it mean for my account to be in good standing?


For your Glo Fiber account to be considered in good standing, it cannot have an unpaid balance or be temporarily disconnected.

 

Who can I call if I do not receive my Credit? 

 

Please call 1-833-WANT-GLO to speak to customer service, and we will confirm whether all requirements have been met. If it is determined that a referral credit has been missed, we will apply it at that time.

 


Are Glo Fiber or Shentel employees eligible to participate?

 

No. Employees of Glo Fiber or it's parent company Shentel will not be eligible to receive rewards as a referrer or a referree.

 

Restrictions apply. Not all services available in all areas. Must be 18 years or older to participate. The Referred Customer must install/activate Glo Fiber service(s) within 30 days from date of the referral and both the Referring and Referred Customers must remain a Glo Fiber customer in good standing for 60 consecutive days immediately following service activation before credit will be applied. Limit of up to $600 in Referral Credits per calendar year will be awarded to the Referring customer. If referral credits result in a negative balance on your bill, it will be carried to your next bill. negative balance as a result of Referral Credits will not be paid out if service is cancelled. © 2025 Glo Fiber.
