We found switching from Cox to Glo Fiber to be a very easy process. Our experience with the installation took about 1.5 hours for internet service, two TVs and our home phone. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and was very professional. He worked with us and customer service until we were sure that all was in order and worked well. Since installation, we have not experience the outages, buffering, or glitches that had become routine with Cox. With all working properly, we simply needed to drop off the Cox equipment and cancel our service at the same time. That process with Cox took less than 5 minutes. Bottom line, we have better service with Glo Fiber and we save money in the process.

Bill and I had fiber optics in Ohio when we lived there! Needless to say, we anxiously awaited the arrival of Glo Fiber. From the beginning, the construction and installation staff were supportive and informative. The installer worked with Bill to locate the best place for the installation. All the wires are placed along the edges of the siding so they aren’t noticeable. This was so professional!! Whereas before, we had black wires hanging aimlessly about looking unprofessional and messy. All electronics are happily performing. We are well pleased.
